Norm Rosenblatt is a director of The Rim Corporation, working closely with CEO Mark Burden in locating new properties and sources of equity financing. Norm and Nam Rosenblatt at ground breaking for Vineyard Creek Hotel Resort Meeting Center in Santa Rosa, California.Norm, along with his wife Nan, conceived the original idea for the Washington Square Inn, the Inn at Union Square, the Garden Court Hotel and the Vineyard Creek Hotel.  Norm supervised the construction or rehabilitation of those four hotels and was responsible for assembling the financing. Norm is a graduate of Yale University and lives in Sausalito, California.
Norm's duities as Vice President involve overseeing our Heathman Hotels Division of boutique hotels
which manages The Inn at Union Square in San Francisco and The Garden Court Hotel in Palo Alto, The Rose Hotel in Pleasanton, soon to open Vineyard Creek Hotel, Spa & Convention Center in Santa Rosa (all in California) and The Heathman Hotel in Portland, Oregon.
