Executive Board Room

This impressive meeting room has a large custom built table with large leather reclining chairs accommodating 22 people.  Additional seating available on sofa and side areas. Adjoining restroom facilities with room for refreshment service area.  Presentation screen lowers from ceiling for brilliant easy to see visual presentations.  Windows open to view of valley and old town Auburn. A stately room for important meetings or presentations. While in Auburn ask about scheduling golf, skiing, sight seeing, or rafting trips for you or your group!

Freeman and Conroy Rooms
Freeman Room (13´ x 23´) or Conroy Room (13´ x 23´) will seat eight to twelve people comfortably around a rectangular table in the center of the room.  Each has an adjoining restroom. The location and layout makes these rooms ideal for less formal presentations or for small groups and working sessions.    

Charbonneau Room
This large room (42´ x 44´) has an adjoining registration area (12´ x 30´) and access to the balcony with view of Auburn and the foothills. Seating - theatre style: 150-200 persons, banquet style: 130-180 persons.

Also try the Marie Callender's Restrauant, located adjacent to your Hotel with it's own entrance from the central hallway!
